Ingredients
- 2 kg of meat
- Dry seasoning to taste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of pepper
Instructions
- Mix the garlic, onion, olive oil, pepper, salt and all seasonings.
- With the tip of a knife, make small holes in the meat.
- Rub the seasoning well through the meat.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 360 °F (180 °C).
- Wrap meat in aluminum foil and airfryer for 20 minutes at 360 °F (180 °C).
- Carefully remove the meat from the fryer. Remove the foil and place the meat back in the air fryer for an additional 8 to 12 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
- Remove the meat and let it rest for 5 minutes (you can leave it in the airfryer anyway).
- Slice and serve.
