Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic squeezed
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season the fillets with salt, garlic and pepper and set aside.
- In a bowl put the breadcrumbs, olive oil, paprika and mix.
- Dip the fillets in beaten egg and then in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place the fillets in the deep fryer heated to 400 °F (200 °C) and cook for 10–15 minutes.
