    Carolinas Air fryer

    Ingredients

    • 50g butter
    • ⅔ cup water
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs
    • Dulce de leche for filling
    • Melted chocolate for coating

    Preparation

    1. In a saucepan, bring the butter and water to a boil.
    2. Once boiling, add the flour, mix well, and remove from heat.
    3. Add one egg at a time, mixing well with a whisk.
