    Instructions

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3–5 minutes.
    2. Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas well (cook them in a pressure cooker with a little water).
    3. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil and the seasoning of your choice. Make sure the chickpeas are well coated.
    4. Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding them to ensure even cooking.
    5. Roast the chickpeas in the Air Fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 15–20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
    6. After the cooking time, the chickpeas should be golden brown and crispy.
    7. Remove the chickpea snacks, place them on a plate, and let them cool for a bit.
