Cornmeal Cake with Guava Paste in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 150g of chopped guava paste
Preparation Method
- In the blender, add the milk, eggs, butter, cornmeal, and blend well.
- Add the flour and blend a little more.
- Add the baking powder and quickly blend.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and distribute the guava paste over the batter.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 340 °F (170 °C).
- Place the pan in the fryer basket and set it for 30 minutes at 340 °F (170 °C).
- Wait for it to cool down before unmolding.
