    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of milk
    • 1 cup of cornmeal

    • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
    • 150g of chopped guava paste

    Preparation Method

    • In the blender, add the milk, eggs, butter, cornmeal, and blend well.
    • Add the flour and blend a little more.
    • Add the baking powder and quickly blend.
    • Pour the batter into the greased pan and distribute the guava paste over the batter.
    • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 340 °F (170 °C).
    • Place the pan in the fryer basket and set it for 30 minutes at 340 °F (170 °C).
    • Wait for it to cool down before unmolding.
