    Ingredients

    • ½ pound ground beef (75/25)
    • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1/8 cup milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,
    •  grated, plus more for serving
    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • Marinara sauce, for serving

    Preparation

    1. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, seasonings, salt, pepper, parmesan and mix well.
    2. Roll the meat mixture into medium balls. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
    3. Spray the meatballs with cooking spray, place them in the heated air fryer basket, and cook at 400 °F (200 °C) for 8 minutes.
    4. Serve with marinara sauce and more grated parmesan.
