Ingredients
- ½ pound ground beef (75/25)
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,
- grated, plus more for serving
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Preparation
- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, seasonings, salt, pepper, parmesan and mix well.
- Roll the meat mixture into medium balls. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Spray the meatballs with cooking spray, place them in the heated air fryer basket, and cook at 400 °F (200 °C) for 8 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce and more grated parmesan.
