Ingredients
- 1 piece of pork tenderloin
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups of boiling water
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
- Use a knife to make small incisions in the pork tenderloin.
- In a bowl, dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in boiling water.
- Add the garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice to the broth mixture.
