    Ingredients

    • 1 piece of pork tenderloin
    • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 2 beef bouillon cubes
    • 2 cups of boiling water
    • Black pepper to taste
    • Juice of ½ lemon

    Instructions

    1. Use a knife to make small incisions in the pork tenderloin.
    2. In a bowl, dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    3. Add the garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice to the broth mixture.
    4. Transfer this mixture to a plastic bag, add the pork tenderloin, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
    5. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at a temperature of 400°F (200°C)
