Quiche in Air Fryer With Spinach

Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
- 1/2 stick of butter at room temperature (100 g)
- Water to set the point
Filling ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Leaves from 1 large bunch of spinach, washed, drained and chopped
- 1 pot of cream cheese (150 g)
- 1 box of cream (200 g)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Instructions
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast, add the butter and knead with your fingertips until it forms a homogeneous and crumbly ball. If necessary, add water little by little until done.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and sauté for 2 minutes. Reserve.
- Beat the cream cheese with the cream and eggs until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and line the base and sides of a springform pan with a removable bottom (22 x 4.5 cm).
- Prick the dough in several places with a fork and place in the air fryer at 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 minutes.
- Distribute the sautéed spinach over the pre-baked dough, spread the cream and sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Place in the air fryer basket and program for about 30 minutes, until golden.
