    • Black pepper to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • Aluminum foil

    Instructions

    1. Start by seasoning the meat evenly with salt and pepper, covering all sides to enhance the flavor.
    2. Wrap the rib in aluminum foil, place it in the air fryer basket, and set for 20 minutes at 360°F (180°C)
    3. When finished, set for 40 more minutes at 400°F (200°C).
    4. Remove the aluminum foil and set for another 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.
