- Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F (175 °C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl place the spinach, add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the spinach in the air fryer basket. Don’t worry if the basket gets full, as it will soon wither.
- Program 350 °F (175 °C) for 4 minutes.
